H P Nitesh - Managing Partner

H P Nitesh, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS, ICSI), Independent Director with a Bachelor of Science and over a decade of focused experience in corporate secretarial practice and regulatory compliance. Prior to commencing independent practice, he was associated with a reputed company secretary firm in Chennai, where he managed the listed, legal, and secretarial departments.

Mr. Nitesh has extensive and distinguished exposure across SME IPOs, corporate law and restructuring, secretarial compliances, and due diligence for complex transactions. His core expertise includes due diligence for mergers and amalgamations, preparation of due diligence reports for DRHPs, secretarial audits, compliance under SEBI regulations, and depository participant (DP) audits.

Known for his meticulous approach and practical understanding and approach towards the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulatory framework, he assists clients with regulatory filings, corporate governance advisory, and transaction support helping companies navigate compliance requirements with clarity and confidence.

N. Selva Chidambaram - Senior Specialist

N. Selva Chidambaram holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law and is currently completing the ACS Professional Program. He specialises in legal and company secretarial matters for both listed and unlisted public companies, with strong technical expertise in regulatory compliance. Selva has managed a broad range of assignments, including corporate restructuring, secretarial audits, and compliance under SEBI and LODR regulations, and is experienced in drafting commercial and corporate agreements.

M. Dhileepan - Senior Executive

Dhileepan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently pursuing ACS and an MBA. He brings focused expertise in secretarial and legal matters, with particular experience in compounding and company conversions (including firm-to-private and private-to-firm transitions). As the firm's Compliance Head, he oversees statutory and regulatory compliance across client portfolios, managing filings with stock exchanges, the RBI (FEMA related), MCA. He is well-versed in conducting general meetings, including postal ballots and e-voting procedures. Mr. Dhileepan has also supported Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and possesses strong technical knowledge of related compliance and listing processes.

R. Rathnakumaran - Executive

Rathnakumaran holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He is currently pursuing the professional courses of Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) and Company Secretary (CS).

He is managing the firm's secretarial and compliance division for Private Companies, Unlisted Public Companies and LLPs. He has an exposure of conducting Due Diligence for all types of Companies. He specializes in board-related matters for mid-sized companies, including convening and conducting Board Meetings and General Meetings, and ensuring compliance with applicable corporate law requirements.

On the compliance front, he has strong technical knowledge in XBRL-based filings (including Financial Audit and Cost Audit reports) for companies. His experience also covers maintenance of Secretarial Records, preparation and upkeep of Statutory Registers, and handling various MCA filings within prescribed timelines.

B. Dharini - Executive Trainee

Dharini holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently pursuing the CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) qualification. She manages end-to-end Company and LLP corporate services, including incorporation of private, unlisted, and Section 8 companies; company closures; and all event-based ROC filings. She is proficient in statutory annual filings such as AOC-4 and MGT-7/MGT-7A and ensures ongoing compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act.

Additionally, Dharini has hands-on experience in direct and indirect tax processes, including filings, GST registration, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, as well as conducting tax audits. She is also skilled in Tally Prime, which she uses for accurate bookkeeping and accounting workflows.

Lakshana G, Trainee

Lakshana G, a B.com (Hons) graduate from Shasun Jain College and a Law Graduate from TamilNadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. She cleared CS Executive in the year 2025 and joined the firm as a Trainee.
